Can most of the broken PCBs be easily fixed? Just reflowing or it is more severe than that?

Some of it is that simple but a lot of the issues require adding solder to some of the pins on the microcontroller. If you aren't careful you can accidentally bridge connections between pins and make a huge mess.

Feel free to delete this if inappropriate.

Looking for a gray or silver kit with polycarbonate bottom.

I really love the Exent but sadly got into this hobby after the GB ended.

I haven’t really been keeping up with this thread but I’m going to assume there’s been no word on replacements for cracked bottoms?

No word yet. Shipping has also not concluded.

I think it's best  to let the shipping complete before making assumptions about replacements.  Yuktsi said after all kits shipped, replacements will be sent out.  So far he has delivered on everything, so I'm sure it's going to happen.

Is the google doc still the correct place to fill out information regarding cracked bottoms?

I'm becoming really worried now that everyone seems to have received their kit. Is there kits been sent out on a regular basis?

I've not received any updates and no one is responding to my emails either...

Kits are still being sent. There haven't been any updates and very few people are getting emailed back. Currently it seems everyone is getting their kits. Expectation is that issue will be addressed once shipping has finished.

Yuktsi Replied to me on the 4th with tracking info and told me that slowly but surely batches of keyboards are going out.

Good deal, waiting on a premium silver kit here - but haven't bothered posting or PMing, figure it'll happen one of these months.

I got some tracking info as well, but haven't been able to track it. It says "Aramex/UPS," but the aramex.com site doesn't seem to know it exists.

Anyone know if that's typical or if I'm using the wrong site?

That's been pretty common. Nothing to worry about

I'd love to know if anyone else in Canada has received a unit yet. I'm in Toronto waiting for a Premium kit with an extra base. No response from Yuktsi from PM over a month ago. Disappointing, still hopeful, but well BLAH.

Anyone noticed that they ****ed up on the split spacebar keys?
https://i.imgur.com/iqTRpO5.jpg

The original render shows a space bar kit without any legends but the actual set comes labeled with "shift". I kinda wanted mine without labels. not a big deal since i already have a decent split spacebars kit ready but this wasn't what was advertised.  Asides from that i still haven't received my keyboard. Hopefully i get mine soon and it's just slow because premium kits are being shipped last.

I can assure you those blanks are included, they are just hidden behind the main kit.

Does any other Backspace of GMK set is like this?
The stem seems having some problems.
Why no one mentioned it before?

it's very obvious.

The switch is box white.

I use HF origin to prove that the switch is no problem.

Could I change the Backspace for a new one?

I think that's a one-off issue, my backspace is perfectly fine as are all my other keys from the set. Not sure how much luck you're gonna have getting a replacement one, though, since this set was so limited.

Also Switzerland, also waiting for my board. Glad I'm not the only one who still hasn't got it...
