UPDATE!
It is official, I hate the Indian postal system. I went to the post office to send the packages, the lady there asked me how many items I had, I told her about 200, she said, we don't have that many CN22 forms, so please take this form, please take this form and photocopy it. I asked her if I could get 10-15 forms, so that I can submit the large boxes (Acrylic cases, TVS-E Gold keyboards), she said, no. Now, I don't drive, so I have to walk around the postal office area looking for photocopy shops as well as stationary shops to buy tape to stick the forms.
Photocopy shops are a plenty in India, except, half of them have nonfunctional machines or there is a blackout in the area. I spent about 3-4 hours arranging photocopies of the form and tape. I then filled in a few forms and submitted the items, while I filled in more forms. I could only submit a few packages before it was end of day's work for the employees, yay! So I got only a few packages done, while I could have gotten through the whole thing, all because of the inability of the postal employees to stock on forms, and the incompetence of our government to provide electricity 24-hours.
However, lessons learnt, I now know, exactly what times the postal office operates, when to expect crowd and when not to. How to package and that I can photocopy the form and take it prefilled to the post office, this should theoretically help me send the remaining packages out quickly.
For the remaining packages, they will be sent out either Thursday (Not 100% as I have uni exams starting Monday) or the Thursday next week.
For those whose packages have been sent out, I will be PMing you the tracking details shortly.
