I like to cook sometimes, so decided i will do a proper Carbonara. I mean like reeeeeeally proper dish, based on recipe of number 1 carbonara chef, if you don't know him, he is called a King of Carbonara, it's Luciano Monosilio. He lives in Rome, has his Michelin star restaurant there - I actually travelled to Rome to meet him in person

Spoke to him, took a photo with the Master and had his Carbonara. One of those memories I will cherish till the moment I eat my last piece of bread

So I hope my Master would be proud that I tried to make his carbonara. I'll upload a photo later to show you guys.
Actual process sounds simple, but hell... its not that simple, you need to keep an eye on those eggs, whisking them non-stop over a steam in process of emulsification, it is called a bain-marie technique (from the actual pot you use for it). Ingredients were pretty expensive, if you want to do it properly, but it was worth it. My family liked it, so I guess it went well:)
