Edit: To be serious though, how do you plan on sending these? Are they A4 sized? Because flat things that large tend to be difficult in my experience, but you have probably figured something out.

What does "sn" as in " include your sn in the notes section" mean? I read it as shipping address and put in that information, but I might have misunderstood the message. Anyways, since asked amount was sent so I suppose things cannot go terribly wrong.

You can use a A4 corrugated cardboard or plastic sheet. Quite stiff and generally prevents the postal services bending the envelope.

They also do envelopes that have the board built in.
