Finished Fallout

Sooo good!!!
My comment about being too dark seems the screen I was using is dying. Watched on another screen and it was fine.
Buy dat colorimeter.  Screens last forever.
Nah, I use that screen at night anyhow while falling asleep, I like it dim, just didn't know it was THAT dim.

Not really happy with some of the new screens, frankly, they're too bright for indoor use. I don't care to stare into the sun.

For all new F and beam models, the controller has a USB-C connector so you can detach the cable from the inside.  You can always get a USB-C patch extension cable if you want easy detachability.

With a dremmel tool, $14 USB-C extender, several hours and a bit of luck I adapted my F77 to have an external mount USB-C.   I dremmeled away just the right amount of zinc and by luck the two case halves screw together completely but also clamp down on this mount very securely (after sanding some grooves into the mount plastic internal side).  While the mod project was rewarding and I'm happy with the result, considering just about all custom keyboards have external USB-C mounts I can only speculate why an external USB-C was never fashioned for this board.   Like Steven Spielberg said about making movies, one never really finishes a project, at some point you just give up and put it in market.

All things considered, I'm happy with the purchase.

Interest Checks / Re: [IC] Pangea Full Size

Love me a full size. Like the office gray and espresso. Please add led support or include them for hotswap/solder for usually culprits like caps lock, num lock and etc.

Forgot to say in the specs, but solderable PCB has LED Support at capslock, num lock and scroll lock.

The only reason why I still use facebook is mainly because a lot of older people are still on facebook.

the only social media

As one of those "older people" (72 - just 2 months from today!) I hardly use "social media" at all, except that I have a photgrapher friend who posts his photos on Facebook.

I have never felt any need to use social media personally, although I can understand people putting up vacation photos and such.

But for people to use it as a reliable information source, uh, I don't think so.

The brain acclimates to semaglutide the same way it would to any exogenous chemical. Over time you'd need more. The documentary already mentions that even within a year or 2, the dosage has to go up.

But what happens if someone uses this stuff for say 20 years, and suddenly comes off,  are we going to see suicides like zoloft (ssri)/ antidepressants ?

This is not a fix for anything, hesitate to even call it a good patch.

Reviews / Greetech Sunset Switch Review
« Last post by ThereminGoat on Sun, 14 April 2024, 10:44:10 »
Hey all,

After a few weeks of less than normal content we are officially back to the bog standard, way too long switch reviews that you've all come to know and love. However, the Greetech Sunsets are certainly not just a standard switch from the outside looking in as they are simultaneously a first for Greetech and a last for keyboard peripherals vendor 415Keys. Are these Sunsets a fitting send off for 415Keys, the start of something bigger with Greetech, or somewhere in between those two?

As always, thank you all for the continued love and support. I can't believe its already basically summer here in Ohio, so I'm going to go enjoy a weekend outside for once!

Cheers,
