Off Topic / Re: What do you eat? The thread about things you eat.
« Last post by tp4tissue on Fri, 04 July 2025, 18:26:39 »Saw a news article about a McDonald's boycott and thought, "Oh that sounds good, its been a few years"
and ya know what? It scratched that exact same itch it did 20 years ago. Quick, basic, delicious, and exactly what I expected.
Big Mac's still got it, but I swear the patties are slightly smaller now. Nuggies w/ sweet and sour dip, and McD's fries are still king straight out the fryer and dipped in a vanilla shake= perfection. Also special mention to the blueberry cream pie, my god so good.
The burger is nowhere near as good as a 5 Guys, but it is 1/3 the price.
Taste is there to prevent you from being poisoned, and seek out slightly higher caloric density AMONG foods.
But when NT is eating foods that are calorically DENSE, but nutritionally deficient. He's locking in his heart attacks, his cancer, and his diabetus. The core is already there, as part of Cultural-Momentum, he doesn't know better, his daddy didn't know better, his daddy's daddy didn't know any better, burger fries, burger fries, it's a generational malady. Just a matter of time before a major debility sets in.
No amount of exercise erases arterial plaque, resultant of high blood friction, and damaged vessel endothelium.
This is why we see marathon runners drop dead of heart attacks. They look thin and fit on the outside, but they cut them open, 90% clogging in the widow maker zones of the heart.
