My class in eight/ninth grade was responsible for making a teacher give up and resign. I do not admit responsibility for that - because I tended to skip school a lot at that time.

Depends on who you're asking. I travelled 6k miles home, celebrated LNY with my family, and already been back to work since Monday.

Pretty much everyone I know in SEA who celebrates LNY has been back to work since Monday.
yes, i live in SEA too...in my country thats because mostly here dont celebrate LNY. but i think in china and korea they have a long holiday.

No ss option? Im out. I ****ing hate brass.

Yay, more chances for me. I <3 Brass
you love tarnishing?

First, he never said it wasn't sealed. Second, patina looks good. Third, tarnished brass is like the easiest thing in the world to clean.

Now that's a sad news, mirror finish SS is what so cool about round 1.

I mean, you can also mirror finish brass. Heck, with pvd you can even finish brass silver. (Not saying he's doing pvd). Mirror and material are unrelated things tho lol.
weights were never sealed/mirror finished on previous group buys

Pretty sure he's referring to this:

Regardless, that doesnt make what I said any less true. The point is brass can be shiny or matte and it can be treated to not tarnish. Saying no go on a GB because its made of a "metal you don't like" makes no sense.

I believe saying no to a GB because it doesn't suit your preference is a pretty valid reason and make perfect sense

Any photos of the RGB in action?

This is my first build, so I could use some advice. What stabilizers do I need if I want to go with a ANSI and split spacebar? And should it be plate or pcb mount?

Any plans for arrow cluster done in SA R3?

I still have sets in the Blue on Glow-in-dark from the Megaton Vault Drop set extras. I didnít do any this time since they werenít very popular. If I were to have some made in the future, which arrow legend would you like to see? The GID ones were chevrons from Danger Zone.

The Danger Zone chevrons looked great. You can put them on a translucent SA R3 red or any other Fallout 4 colour in white or black. It will be great too.

Interesting to consider a black on white and white on black run...

I would definitely want a white on black version!

If you were to do cornered legends though, why remove the icons? Has Cherry ever had text only mods? This is a very icon heavy set anyway but I guess that is more of a personal preference..

Yes, a decent amount of very old vintage cherry boards had text only mods.

Very old, as in predating the cylindrical cherry profile/cornered legends?

No, a decent amount of early mx boards with the modern style alphas had text mods, but that were not the common boards. https://deskthority.net/wiki/File:G80-1306a_.jpg

Ah, I forgot that one! It doesn't look bad in that layout, granted, most of the mods are shorter than ansi and it does have the backspace icon   :p

How is the height of the trackpoint cap with Cherry-profile keycaps?  It seems the OEM-profile keycaps give a realatively flush trackpoint, similar to ThinkPads; I'm worried that it'd protrude a bit too much on lower-profile keycaps.

To answer my own question: https://www.flickr.com/photos/jewu8210/sets/72157661967953577 has photos of a Yoda II w/ GMK keycaps.
