Here's the only issue I have with this board. As somebody who only very recently moved off of daily driving a Model M for a decade, that little ridge across the bottom of the board may be seen as an integral part of the design and you may think it's necessary to achieve the look that you're going for, but adding it to a modern board just for the sake of homage would be a massive mistake. You'd either need to make it wider or axe it all together in my opinion. I kept my Model M immaculate. I cleaned it all the time, full disassembly probably every six months for a full decade of use, but that ridge is nigh impossible to clean out, and we're talking about a plastic board where I'm willing to sit and try to scrape it out with a hobby knife, an anodized aluminum board with that ridge would be torture. For your sake and everybody else's, at least render it out once without that ridge and decide from there.
