I am ready to start the third round of proofing. The factory replied that the set of proofing is $70. I'm going to do high-gloss mirror effect, and then anodizing. Copper weights are pvd processed. Hello everyone，i'm very happy to introduce to you a small toy I designed in 2020。
It is a desktop toy and a desktop tool that can help you solve the trouble of not finding the screws and falling the screws。
This was the original intention when I first designed it, in order to solve the problem.
In this June, I have completed its design draft. And the first functional proofing. It is going very smoothly.
Below, please take a look at some of its renderings。

This is the structural analysis rendering of the tray。

The 3D printed samples in early March were painted on the surface and model varnish。

These are just renderings, please refer to the actual product，lol
To be honest, its size is 80*80*40, it will be very small in the hand. Place screws, wire. Will be very suitable. I will use 6061 aluminum and copper to achieve it. Using anodizing, PVD and other surface processes

I have consulted the processing plant. The individual processing cost is about 45 dollars. Apart from the cost of packaging and early testing, I think it should be able to be controlled at 70 dollars in the end.
