I'm playing BF3.
I'm not really that big into Battle Field so I usually just do TDM and play it like I used to play COD.
Run and gun.
Heh. I haven't seriously played any of the CoD games since the first Modern Warfare. I played that online quite a bit when it came out, and it was pretty fun.
Watching my brother play MW2 looked horrible. I played the campaign on X360 and didn't have the desire to take it any further than that. I might do the same for MW3, at some stage.
Personally I love playing as a close squad with two or three friends.
BC2 was great for that reason. It was definitely a slower game than CoD, and I can see how that might turn some people off, but personally I much prefer it that way.
I prefer slow, intense games (my favourite FPS is STALKER: SoC), where tactical and intelligent play is rewarded.
BF3 has definitely started to go in the run-and-gun direction, though. There seems to be less of an emphasis on squad-based play, which is disappointing.
I'm definitely not enjoying BF3 as much as I had hoped before release.
