Which was why I had wanted one originally.  But then I accepted the fact that I will never be one of the elite and decided to not give two ****s about this stupid mystery cap.

CLiB, you should be happy you don't have one. It's obvious that the ones that own these are marked for death. The Hashashin are coming for us soon.

For all we know, they could be laced with anthrax or something? Remember when you wouldn't open a mysterious package with no return address? Unabomber style!
See this is why I was all mad when my landlord (and the stupid FCC: Do they exist to ruin all my fun?) denied my request to build an x-ray machine for my apartment. "It's a useful tool" I said. "All the other tenants could use it" I said. "That's not the FCC you're looking for," I said. But to no avail.

Wow, would never of thought the FCC would regulate x-ray machines, but I guess it makes some sense.

Just 'cause my jacobs ladder emits a huge amount of RF noise across pretty much the entire spectrum (Part 15 of the FCC rules is pretty unambiguous and printed everywhere), they don't want me using it either.

I tell you, with just a few more watts, I could have definitively proven to my roommate my claim that wired peripherals are superior (while he was playing counter strike).

There are 27 or so people recorded as having received one - wonder how many are still floating around out there somewhere.

I like it, it would work well with the new geekhack keys and the upcoming OCKC set.  If I'm eligible, PM me and I'll shoot you my address.

I don't particularly care who's doing this, but this cap is better looking than the first one.

I will pick two people tomorrow and send 1 person 5 and the other person 4 and they can continue the distribution to other people. I think that will be faster then sending them all to 1 person.

Dang, I really like the orange/black one but I'm in Australia, have any mystery caps been sent to Aus at all?

I didn't get a blue one.

It would be nice if a few were sent to someone to distribute in Australia :)

But anyways, that new one looks tasty. :)
