I'm thinking to add that to my set

I think they would be a slightly darker shade of green, but I have not CCnG to compare.

Cute is how I would describe them.

The Smile! keycaps are the cutest ones I have :)  These ones are for my daughter!
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I just received the TEX Beetle. I love it. It types great and looks even better. The only complaint i have is that it is a little heavy but that is to be expected with the material that they used to build it. It is definitely my favorite looking keyboard behind the HHKB.

At least being heavy it is not likely to slide around on the desk during an intense typing session.

I think the FC660m is going to be my next keyboard. I didn't like it at first but it's now won me over. The only thing that bugs me is the weird spacebar and not being able to use cherry caps

Just got the Tex Beetle in today...I'm enjoying it greatly. Getting replacement caps will definitely be a challenge. If you're after blanks then Justin offers blank caps for $15 + shipping from Taiwan.

It does have support for LEDs, the solder holes are filled just like the Poker 2.

The right shift key is surprisingly easy to adjust to..it's 1x size. I thought I'd struggle with it a lot, considering I had a rough time with a Pure that I eventually sold. But so far I haven't missed it once while touch typing.

Personally I won't be using the function layer for much of anything besides volume control, and the occasional F5. I am going to go take it apart now though! Pictures soon.
