Got my first taste of Round 5 while I wait for Round 5a. Tarzan shipped these out super fast.
I asked him whether he had any GMK Escape caps, and I didn't find out until now that he sent along the yellow one. I was super stoked. My little GMK Esc collection is growing.  ;D

Sometimes, when it rains, it pours

HUGE should out to ubibaba742 for gifting me some of his awesome handi-work made from paracord, and surprising me with an SLS Esc.  Super good guy right there!
Also another big thanks to Noko for donating the wrist rests to the Do it for Destiny raffle.  I cannot say enough about the level of quality of her rests, and I REALLY want rests of the rest of my boards now!
Great to see some of the WoB caps in person, they are beautiful. And of course HKP putting out really cool products as always!

Not keyboard related.. I got really into fountain pens and journaling :) Got my first pen, a Rhodia journal, and some Iroshizuki ink! Not pictured is the other pen, 4 bottles of ink, journal, leather journal cover, and fancy stationery I got to write letters on... yet another sickness-.. I mean hobby!

Also got a couple of pounds of coffee beans from Wild Goose Coffee Roasters. If you love high quality coffee, you HAVE to try Wild Goose. I think they're my favorite roaster so far, and I've tried quite a lot of them :)

Oh, and a big giant 7 pound sketchbook, new Prismacolor pencils, graphite pencils, graphic pens.... Still waiting on my Hot Keys Project keys, my Mimic cables.... a fun mail week in this house :)

How do you like the Iroshizuku ink? I bought the Kon-peki when that line first released and found it too watery. Haven't used it in years, but I'm willing to try the black. I have to try all black and black-blue inks.

I love it so far! I've written a bit in my Rhodia webnotebook, and the ink and pen are great on the Clairefontaine paper. No smearing, no feathering, feels very very smooth. I also got a bottle of Tsutsuji but haven't used it yet. Waiting on some Diamine bottles to get here. That Kon-peki has been on my wish list, actually, it's such a perfectly beautiful blue.

The main reason I went with Iroshizuku.... is because of how nice the bottles look haha ;)

Now I just want to get my hands on some of the J. Herbin Anniversary inks....I NEED Emerald of Chivor in my life. It's just so gorgeous.

I've been so desperate to use my new pens and inks, that I legit asked on Facebook if anyone wanted a Penpal, or just some handwritten letters haha. I also joined the penpals sub-reddit too. I just want to write :)

Oh wow I didn't notice the writing and FP thread, thanks! :D That's a great idea!

I would love more penpals. My handwriting used to be pretty neat.. but after so many years of not handwriting a single thing..... It's gotten pretty meh. Definitely looking forward to improving it :D

I like getting a cone of ice cream then putting in a dish. I hate when ice cream places don't fill the cone all the way with ice cream so I can just fill the cone properly while I eat :D

Same here. It looks damn pretty in the pictures, but while waiting for it I got myself a Granite set. Tried it and I'm not too pleased.

Some lovely Cherry Corp. relegendables and free extras. Thanks heroinbob!

Also, a $4 textbook. Unfortunately I still need to pay $100 to access the homework. Well played, textbook industry.

Nice! What are you going to make with them?
Whoops, didn't see this. Just a simple tenkeyless, with a tenkey. And without function keys but with macros...

Scratch that. A 60% + macros + tenkey. One board is backup because I'll almost certainly screw up the first.

A pair of rubber feet (technically they're conical anti-vibration mounts) to stick on my Realforce 87U. They do a fine job of preventing the keyboard from sliding on my desk if I bump it.
