they are bronze sadly, but it really is a nice case, great dimensions all around, great fit and finish, much much nicer than some more expensive cases i have

I certainly do lol   I'm really enjoying it from the word go tbh - it's the first silenced topre board I've used and I'm chuffed I stumped up the extra ~ £60 (what's that like $90) for the Type S.  I can't notice any huge difference between this and the unsilenced RF I had in terms of the feel of the switches but the 'bottoming up' of the RF caps got on my nerves quite a lot - especially the ABS spacebar but also some of the modifier keys...  The layout is nice although I have got quite a few of the dip setting switched on (specifically to swap Del and BS, Alt and the diamond key and to make the left Alt another Fn key)

Just have to hope that the customs man let this one through unnoticed now...

A Leopold Tenkeypad and some soft landing pads. Never tried the landing pads before, but found I like them on my Poker 2 with Browns in an aluminum case. It was very "ringy" in the case, and these helped a lot! Didn't care for them so much on my other boards, including this new tenkeypad.

No that's at home.  It's a 4x4 IKEA Expedit + desk (and a 2x4 Expedit behind on its side--very conveniently serves as a secondary table surface of the same height as my desk).  It's not a mechanical--it's my back up rubber dome from storage.  My current mechanical keyboard is undergoing some surgery

I got it on a Lightning Deal for $80, specifically because I'd been looking for a taller chair that also has armrests that could be raised.  My previous chair is really comfy, but not tall enough for this desk.  Everything's already set up pretty well, so it made more sense to get a new chair rather than a different desk.  My right shoulder has been very sore for the past month, increasingly so over time, so I decided it was time to make the change.
