I can tell you after a couple months of use that it's awesome.  Lighter, better suction, quieter, better to hold than the 808 (and the power button is a huge plus).

How often do you need to clean out the filters? Does it have any issues with smaller pads, folded pins or LEDs?

1. How often do you need to clean out the filters?
2. Does it have any issues with smaller pads, folded pins or LEDs?

1. The solder globs up in the back of the chamber and I have to clean that a few times for a fullsize board.  I think this was about the same with the 808.  Haven't actually had to swap the filter entirely just yet.
2. Haven't desoldered too many super small pads, but they have smaller tips which would probably be great for that.  Folded pins are fine, I'm able to get those out just fine with a bit of careful wiggling (to avoid scratching the PCB), and haven't done any LEDs yet actually (which difficulty would you normally have here?).

LED's just have small pins and often PCBs have very small square pads for them which can be a bit tricky sometimes. Sounds good though!

Not mail. Picked up last night.
92819-0
Dolch 486-66. Equipped with some kind of GSM base-station simulation card, if I understood correctly. Unfortunately, a capacitor or battery (?) had leaked all over inside and made a mess, and the hard-drive is busted.

Oh, the keyboard is a Cherry G80-1800 inside with Cherry GMK keycaps but for Dolch's case that snaps onto the computer case over the screen. It is the third Dolch keyboard I've bought over the years, but I bought it mostly to save the all-in-one luggable computer case from the trash. That was a sin I had made before...   :-[

You can do it too!  Especially the terminal boards!  They are awesome, especially the keycaps.  I am on the terminal board that has the LED conversion (1392595) that I did.  It feels great!  I was expecting my other keyboard today, but I guess it will be in tomorrow.  We will see.

Edit: Yes the other keyboard is going to be here today.  A few more hours I am sure.  In the interim, I thought I would clean that terminal board completely.  I wasn't happy with the job I did before.  This is much better.

This keyboard is amazing, as is the phone. Sorry for two of the four pictures. They were taken on my girlfriends S3 as I don't own a second camera device to take proper pictures.

Thanks to Glissbro for this. He's such an awesome bloke.

And thanks to Demik Lovato for making me want to try Topre in the first place!

The 2014 Abyssus looks real nice. And that DA is amazing, also. I remember seeing one of the original ones and fell in love with it. Although I prefer the DA black.

- Razer Abyssus 2014
- Razer "Cypher" Deathadder (not one of the 20 original units, but a well done replica)

Is the DA at all like the Mamba? If he makes any more of those, I may have to get one to go with my desk setup. I need something white/blue/both to replace this RAT 5
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

This keyboard is amazing, as is the phone. Sorry for two of the four pictures. They were taken on my girlfriends S3 as I don't own a second camera device to take proper pictures.

Thanks to Glissbro for this. He's such an awesome bloke.

And thanks to Demik Lovato for making me want to try Topre in the first place!

Beautiful board man! ;) love it!
