Got some more of the POS caps that I love so in the mail today :D

Forgot to put one in the first photo so it can have it's own special one.

Seafood cap almost fits on an MX switch so I may see if I can do something about the bit that catches. Is there a particular name for this kind of stem?

Someone had some dental/scultpting tools which weren't selling so they were re-branded them as desoldering tools?  Or maybe the chips are on the packaging because they look cool...

I wound up with another APL set.  I am not too sure what I am going to do with it yet.  (I already have one APL set boxed away that is correct.)  There may be a use for them in the future.

Probably relegendable - there would be a transparent bit that sits over the top so you can put a small piece of paper with tour own legend between the two parts.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Nah, I got some of those in the grab bag a while ago. Unless the plastic top fit over the entire cap, it's just some weird small cap

That would be appreciated! I was going to put up a WTB in the classifieds later this week, figured with the prevalence of the colorway there would be a few extra alps caps floating around.

I had totally forgot that this was missing the F9 key until it arrived last night, and I knew you were trying to get that package out yesterday so I didn't want to bother you with that.

But, my order from Sprit is shipping out today, so springs and stabs are coming from him. Not 100% on caps yet, but I do have a JTk Purple/white set ordered. Whenever those ship. if you can't find clear switches I have a 100 pack of them I was saving for Mira but I'm sure I can find some more by then. I paid like 0.60 cents or maybe more a piece for them 8-/ that sounds like a lot now that I type it but I was having a hard time finding them (can someone confirm howuch cherry clears usually go for?)

New cherry clears usually go for 0.50-0.60 depending on the source.

Note that if you're doing a spring swap anyway, tactile greys have the same stems as clears, just in a different colour.

Tactile greys are currently in stock at MK for around 0.50 per.

haha dam gateron prices have me all spoiled and confused. Like user18 said if your modding the switches you might be able to find greys cheaper if not I would be glad to help you with your build....62g-67g clears are my favorite switch...do you mind me asking what weighting you ordered on your springs?  :p

some 55gs and 2 sets of 62g :D + lube + 2 sets of PCB stabs :D

I don't know, I know greys are identical after a spring swap anyway, but half of my brain just likes how clears look better. Even though they are under caps most of the time...

Seriously impressive piece of hardware. I can't find a single spot of weld on this thing that is less than perfect. Really excited to get this guy installed!

Seriously jelly! I wish there were that many people near me into ST's and hot hatches. Pretty much everyone around here is into diesel trucks (obligatory rolling coal additions) and mustangs. I have a good friend who lives in long beach CA, maybe I need to take a road trip out to see him ...
