Just got my last package from The_Ed today.  I can finally say I have the keyboard and keycaps I have been wanting all along... something I won't get tired of.

I got my eSports keycaps... I posted a review on reddit somewhere. They're weird.

I got mine today as well. I'm using the ol' HHKB, so I put them on my roomies board. See how he likes them after some games.

Yeah... I really liked the look of yours, plus the non-secondary numpad is nice touch that I got The_Ed. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the text on the print screen cluster, so I made so better ones.:)

Nice doubleshots! So nice to feel eh?

They are definitely better than anything thin in PBT or ABS.  I can't notice any difference between imsto thick PBT. Cherry reds are better than browns too.  I also got a EK black space bar which feels and sounds a lot better than the one that came with my moogle kit.

I had all these nice keycap sets sitting in boxes and wanted to put them to use. So ......

These are the A.87 acrylics that are built by GON from OTD. The newer PCBs have full LED support but I only populated Caps Lock and Scroll Lock.

I built the USB cables in anticipation of the keyboards. It took four months to get them. He is VERY busy and the rumor is that he is going to take some time off from making these. The quality is exceptional and the time it takes must be quite a lot.

I have no idea what drove me to put them in that pile of change. It was the other me o_0

Now I'm just waiting on the key stems from fohat (thanks again dude) so I can install the caps on my Unicomp WASD cluster :D

Where are those black and red caps from? They look like OEM profile so probably PBT caps from KBC. And did you dye those pink WASD caps? Looks like you finally got your pink brobot  ^-^

The red blanks are Thick PBT with cherry profile, I got them on Taobao. They are the same as the WASD/Arrow caps Feng has in his ebay store.
Thick magenta/pink caps are from Brobots and came with the Sisbot (lol). They feel in between thick PBT and cherry double shots, but overall they're much more like a slightly smoother thick PBT. I really like how they feel.
The very dark gray/black caps are the same ones you saw, thin oem profile PBT from Keyboard Kings. I bought them from projectD back in January.

Dark grays are linear, right?  And the pins mean they're PCB mount?  (Working on my switch ID skills...)   :)

They're heavier than blacks. Some boards use linear grey for spacebar.

Like mine, but it has a clear spring  :)

Edit - Never mind... Mine is a tactile gray and not a linear dark gray.

I got some VERY interesting IBM stuff in the mail. I'll be writing up a whole article on these. I took it all apart ofcourse and took about 100 pictures. I'll clean up the images this weekend when the lighting is good outside and hopefully have a full writeup next week sometime.

Here's some teaser images:
