Umm, Grey, is that...

A vessel primarily for novelty keycaps!?

What, you've never seen an official Cherry keycap display plate?!

 :p

Bought the set of keys from Taobao just so I could get the plate.

I had not thanks for posting the pics

We should do a group buy for some display plates of some sort....

That's actually already in progress, I don't have the link at the moment, but it's an IC or GB item.

Just joking about the official display plates, but I did get the caps so I have something to use for a RetroBrite base.  Not sure how useful it will be, as it's plastic it may well float in the peroxide solution...

Edit: Found the IC link - http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=42367.0

if it floats just put it upside down in the solution

That could work...  Could use a transparent tank, put the UV light below it.

Thanks!

@Greystoke (FTFY)

How much was the Cherry key-holder?

With shipping (twice) and the Taobao agent fee, the total was around $45.00.  But I did get a set of dye-sub PBT keycaps as well.   :))

Actually, I think you're right, when I look at them closely they are most likely pad-printed.  Fairly thin, and the NumLock/ScrollLock keys just have holes for LED backlighting.   Got that nice subtly gritty PBT feel, though.  :p

I'll have to try them out on a keyboard, the only ones I have with MX switches are on my desk at the office.

There are many different types of Personna blades. Blues, Israeli Reds, Med prep, etc. Comparing opinion of blades between two people doesn't make any difference to either of you. It's almost guaranteed what he feels of the blades, what I feel, and what you might feel will all be different.

For example, those Feather blades destroy my face, while he has really taking a liking to them. You really have to try a sampling of blades and find the blade that best fits your face.

Also, the scent of that Otoko Organics = <3.
