IIRC, there were about 7 Skeldon cases made. It is definitely not prevalent. Not sure about the Litster cases though.

The things I would do for a Skeldon...  :))

There are pictures of a few Litster cases in the Post Your Phantoms thread, I don't think there were many made but probably a bunch more than the Skeldon. The Litster Phantom case is also really beautiful.
