I was going to try to make a tray using patterns, pattern bits and a hand held router. Small productions, since I'd be doing everything by hand

The alum case I'm working on isn't a tray but a case (small difference)

The alum case I'm working on isn't a tray but a case (small difference)

I figure something like a oneproduct case/tray would be easiest for wood. It is a pretty simple design, and I do love mine.
