Stickers and lube take a big chunk of time.  Time is more money (way more than the $20 I've seen others charge).  On top of which, that would only extend the wait time for getting your shiny new board.  You can do it before or after thanks to the wonders of new plate technology  ;)

I just pictured putting GMK-made skidata caps on my black lz-gh with orange stickers and orange leds. The wait might literally kill me.

What have been people's impressions of the LZ boards vs. KMACs?  Completely different leagues?

I'm not sure about the differences between KMAC PCB vs A.87 aside from the LED options.

It does have the new plate that allows switch modding, and a heavier case.

Shipping+switches should be less than $160...
I would probably not put something like blues/browns on it so whites/clears/green we'll say are $50. $20 for shipping. That is $410 without keycaps (though most people here have extras). If you don't, that's at least another $60 minimum depending on how special you want this board to be.

The metal work is basically equivalent.  The design differences make almost zero difference in the end result aside from weight and KB angle.

The PCB of a KMAC is a step above, but truly presents no noticeable improvement in typing.

i think that we need switchs, sticker, springs and 2 transistors for 2 led (caplock and Scroll Lock) for it. But i hope that Red-line team can supply A87 Full led support PCB for LZ-GH.

Would like to know this as well. Probably won't be able to pay till beginning of next month so wondering if that'll be OK.

Yeah that would save me from my girlfriend who is going to murder me if I bought another KB, but 12 weeks is 3 months, she'll forget by then. Especially considering in the last month I've bought a pair of Jimmy Choos, like 12 Pandora charms and about to buy her a damn recurve bow and kit.
