Are there any news here?
I still think this is one of the more promising Phantom cases.

I too was counting on Boost for a phantom case.  I've got two PCBs coming my way with nothing to put them in!

Base will be done in 2-3 weeks. Will post pics of that when it gets here.

I would think it would work fine with Filco, QFR, etc., as long as the top cover doesn't have those WKL blockers. :)

Pretty much this sums it up, Will have the top case without the block and offer the filco plate separate.

Might be able to get this done, but not 100% sure yet and it will drive up cost.

Possible for no carved name to reduce cost even more? Or how about external engraving because I don't know about anyone else but I don't have X-ray vision.

Also whats the weight of the case currently?

oh... does that mean those TKL with the USB port in the middle should logically fit? Such as Ducky or KBT ONI? (provided the top cover is without WKL blockers)

Omg, I'm so exited about this.
Finally there is a worthy case for my Phantoms.

I will most likely have to buy multiple cases, if I'm allowed to.

Prototype looks nice boost/acetrak! So $230 is a set price no matter what quantity tier? Does that include the anodizing as well? If you add some simple screw-in removable standoffs, it might be compatible with current Filcos, QFR, and existing phantoms without needing to desolder everything.

Problem is that the standoffs would have to be at an angle. Angled standoffs = pain in the ass. Also, they'd have to be quite tall. I had a look and I can't find any that are of a decent length.

Not true, alls you would need is a new plate. Desolder filco PCB from original plate and solder onto the Skeldon filco plate. The LEDs above the 6 will not show as I don't have the led holes

If you remove the old plate and resolder everything back on these dedicated plates and you say it's compatible with Filco, then it will also be compatible with CM quickfire and the newer Duckies.

So the case will be anodized black.
What about the plate? Will that also be anodized? In the same color?
