Typically you wait until everyone's orders are received. TJ will then sort out exactly what keys need to be re-ordered or replaced. He'll contact SP directly and submit a list of what's missing. SP is usually pretty good at expediting replacement keys.

I did use stamps.com.  However, that's not why it was shipped in batches.  It was shipped in batches because my local post office refuses to accept more than 40 packages at one time.  I had complete knowledge of what's went where.

I Blame Gupgup
Although I attempted to confirm and clarify my order several times in PMs and in the thread, I could never seem to get a clear answer from him. I know, shocker. I even went so far as to create and image, so you can imagine my frustration that after all that, it's still wrong. 

That being said, I'm not in any rush for a fix. I'm sure it'll all get sorted out after everyone receives their orders and I'm very appreciative that we have TJ to help sort it out. Thanks again TJ!

1.  While I am frustrated, I believe justifiably, with gupgup, I'm not worrying about making this a "who's fault is it".  Things happen, but I still have to find and execute solutions.

2.  Those that have PMed me in the last few hours for tracking, I'll get to you but I'm not on a pc with stamps.com access (my one complaint so far with this mac)'

Also, his portion of whatever profits there were (before any hidden and unexpected costs) went to his keycap order, so that's already done, too.
