That is actually a "pretend to be a pro" comment, too.

Almost right. That would actually go into the "pretend to be someone who pretends to be a pro" thread. :P

Does your custom keyboard support NKRO over PS/2? Does it have full backlighting and 1000Hz polling? Oh, then I guess your new custom design sucks.

This should go in the impersonations thread because that is pretty much a third of everything TotalChaos has said. The other two thirds being complaints about keyboard companies still being in the stone age because they don't make keyboards that fit his exact needs along with making sure everyone knows that his hands hurt when typing.

Can someone recommend to me a good gaming keyboard? I mostly play Starcraft 2, but DOTA 2 also. I need a board with backlit and marco keys and probably media buttons. I will mostly use it only for gaming and internet and want to spend less than $50 if possible.

Why are Topre keyboards so expensive?  And why do we call them mechanical keyboards? Aren't they just basically a rubber dome keyboard?

How much is my cc worth? I just got it from a recent sale but I need money.

(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

I want a fullsize 60% TKL keyboard with ABS keycaps that are doubleshot PBT.

It needs a PS/2 connector, and at least 2 USB ports.

Preferably a non-detachable cable that I can remove so I can transport it more easilier.

Oh and MX Topre switches.

Any suggestions?
