Crap. I was doing something else for the duration of the time the thread was opened and therefore was unable to post, thereby being also unable to secure a spot to win today.
Oh, woe is me.

I've got it, but I don't use it other than notifications when someone posts in a thread.

Basically if I'm in a position to respond on that, then I'm near a computer anyway so I might as well use a proper keyboard.

I just realized something ..

When Clack gets to picking the random winners, we're going to have two weeks worth of winners happening very quickly ... and, consequentially, we'll also have two weeks worth of losers. It's going to be a yuge day in the therapy thread.

Agreed! This was my first time getting into a round and it was precisely because of Tapatalk. Now it's all down to waiting for the winners to be picked :p

Tapatalk changed CV for me but I can't tell if it's in a good way or a bad way.  I didn't even DL Tapatalk until 2-3 weeks ago so until then, it was just completely random if I got into CV as I had to be either at my work computer or home computer and I had to usually be looking for it although I think I stumbled upon an open CV thread once otherwise.  This led to many times where I would get onto either my work or home computer and notice that CV had opened and closed 30 minutes or 2 hours or 10 hours before which made it well past the time when I could've entered.

Now, I have gotten in maybe twice exclusively because of Tapatalk because I was actively on my phone when it opened so then it was awesome!  The downside has came when the notifications are running just a minute or two behind, and all of the sudden my phone buzzes, I check and see the CV notification and rush to post, only to see it closed a minute or two ago.  This is thrilling but also frustrating at the same time, as I am much closer to being able to enter which is thrilling but if the notifications had actually arrived on time I probably would've entered which is frustrating.

I still consider myself pretty lucky just for the fact that I have entered quite a few times but when you're off by a minute or 30 seconds or something it kinda sucks :(

I won two clacks a couple of weeks ago, and got GH messages. I sent payment, and a follow up email right after I won. As a first-time winner, is it normal to not hear anything back after sending payment for a while? A few pages back a couple of you mentioned he might do invoices and shipping at the end of the CV? I think it would be nice to just have some sort of email with follow-up info or something after making payment, so we know we didn't get lost in the sea of emails and payments.

Anticipate significant delays. I won on the 8th, shipping label has been printed, and no update since. Clack is a busy man.

I won the 26th of March.

Well, shoot.  :'(

Anticipate significant delays. I won on the 8th, shipping label has been printed, and no update since. Clack is a busy man.

Well it's good to know that at least we'll get some updates then. I'm just not familiar with the process and how things normally go.

What dates did you win, if you're able to tell? I won a couple of weeks ago too, but haven't gotten any PMs in regards to invoicing, whatnot.
10/11th march.

Ah, then I'm fine. I'm about a week after that.  :thumb:

For me I'm figuring that, since I've won twice around the same time, he may just get around to invoicing me for both. I'm a patient man.

It might have been updated on the 26th, but your wins were on the 10th and 11th.

Right you are. Wasn't sure if my "win" date was the date he picked me to win or the date I actually posted. Thanks for the clarification. Very helpful.
