I wonder why all the elitists who care about clacks are the ones getting hurt (while on CC himself should be angry).
Honestly I don't even think OP owns a clack, and this is far from reality copyright infringement. There is no case, as the clack itself is copyrighted not the overall picture. You cannot recreate a clickclack, but the image is still there. Sure, it might not have been the best thing to do, but I'm sure if clackfactory was against this and messaged him, he would change the design. I mean just the concept in itself sells.
