I only came across this because of my wife seeing it on her facebook feed last night, I have yet to see the white and gold dress only blue and black.

That isn't the picture I've seen. The other one I've seen is actually white and gold. That is definitely blue and black.

Just finished putting LED's into my poker II and then was putting keycaps on only to take on off as I put the wrong key on and pulled the stem right through the switch top .-.

clear switch tops so weak :x I'm not even pulling I'm just wiggling them off ended up damaging like 7 of them have spares but I'm just rustled now I have to remove the LED's I just put in to fix the one switch top that broke clean out the others popped out but I managed to squeeze them back in so yay back to soldering tomorrow .-.

Guys I am starting to get really worried. I know patience is a virtue and I understand that custom items come at a premium. However I am not sure what to do about my GON order for my HHKB. It is well past the 5 month mark and getting closer to the 180 day limit for when I am allowed to file a charge back. I understand that he is busy and his popularity is growing so more and more people are ordering from him but at this point I am at loss. Twice he has told me that he would ship my keyboard, both times he failed to do so, and has failed to contact me about it. I did receive a separate order from him so I know he can deliver but I just don't understand what the hold up is on this order. 5 months.. His site advertises 2 months + shipping time. I am at a loss for words..

Not really sure what to do at this point but wait I guess...

I welcome any consolation or advice on this matter.

I think you've been reasonable. Contact him again just once more as a courtesy and follow-up.
If he doesn't respond then, just file the complaint.

It bothers me that there are only 24 hours in a day.

Maybe the extra 37 minutes and 22 seconds in a Martian day might suit better, but I'd have to offset that against living a certain number of days less (measured in Martian days).

The freaking post office. I mailed two keyboards last week at the same time, one to San Francisco, the other to San Diego. The former reaches its destination in two days. The latter shows no movement from the main sorting center until just now, where it got an arrival scan...in Dallas. Fortunately the buyer has been extremely nice about it, but still.

Also, another keyboard I sent to someone much closer (Michigan), has been delayed for no good reason. Heck, I could have personally delivered it to him in a fraction of the time it's taken.

I can understand mail getting delayed in New England because of the weather there, but there's no reason for a package labeled as 2-3 day shipping should be taking more than a week to get to California.

At the start of every semester I get really lazy/slacker and fail the first test. This first-test-failing usually sparks me up to try harder for the rest of the exams

Mostly this. Both have their good and bad points in the later games. I picked Kaidan in my Paragon playthrough because I was hitting on Liara anyway with my FemShep.
Picked Ashley in the Renegade one because space pimp Shepard is fun. And surviving the wrath of a woman scorned did certainly fit the bill.

Me too, I can't wrap my head around the fact that he gets to make money for doing nothing but being late and leaving you stranded.

Some drivers scam this way. Take a nearby fare and take longer than 10 minutes to get there so that when they cancel the passenger still has to pay. What I don't understand is that it would take the same amount of time to pick up the person and drive them to their destination, so canceling after 10mins is just a ****ty thing to do all-around.

i dont see why you should feel bad.

he provides a product/service. he should make good on his end, you made good on yours.

if he's that over whelmed he should stop taking orders and catch up. you dudes give these vendors way too much slack when they're holding your money.
