Just chiming in to say that this guy does not represent everyone at reddit, no need to generalize and put us all in the same bucket as him.
Upvotes do the talking. The post is in the positive with 75% upvotes and the top comment is ripster making fun of Bro while comments like Binge's have been downvoted to 1 point while justifications are upvoted.
I get it, there are some great people at Reddit. I've had some great interactions with plenty of people over there, but you can't come in claiming they don't represent the sub when the downvotes and most of the comments say otherwise. There's a serious entitlement and lack of maturity problem over there amongst a certain subset of the user base that, unfortunately, seems to be the more vocal and listened to part of the community. There was a great post recently about how most subs go to **** around 50-100k users. Very few subs don't fit that mold.
