Well I read recently he's never got a cap from a sale but he may have tried, he's almost certainly banned from future Bro sales due to black market dealing.  The money grabbing "fans" who enable his buying style will have it, but they're unlikely to give it up...  All those caps are gone forever unless another big spender comes along just as he gets bored, but we'll still not have a hope.

Yup, I've received and seen others get proxy offers before because they know that someone won't sell to a particular person.  I'm sure there's also people who buy it cheaper from one person and immediately flip it for more to someone else.
