I've never really been a fan of them. Not really my cup of tea. I'm probably the only one that feels that way though because they tend to get a lot of love.

those spacers are subaru world rally blue. i'm currently running vespa pearl green spacers. oh crap, that reminds me, goign to call inwin and see if i can get the blue rubber parts.

the case is just excessive to the point of mimic. i'm pretty sure that i actually bought it just so that i could trump mimic on something. i swear to god if he posts another pic of his scope...

Mkawa, that is honestly the worst panorama i have ever seen...

Although I honestly have only seen like 3...

But :P
unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)

mimic and i were having a desk-off yesterday night, so i figured i'd take a newer pano and post it up so i could show hashbaz and mimic that i am truly unbeatable in the 'messy desk' category.

Meh you can still see the carpet.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

And I know it's been said a gazillion times but the iPhone camera in low lighting is just plain awful.

Thanks!

I build the desktop myself form worktops (the kind you use when building a kitchen) and some other inexpensive materials.
Try it, it's easier than you probably think (you can also send me a PM in case ya need hints for the construction).
And yes, the color of the worktops is in between black and anthracite (depending on lighting).

Show Image

My current setup is... not optimal. Not my desk. I do have some more plans to make it better though :

Show Image

Hopefully I will get some work done and have a much more delicious set up photo coming soon. :)

Alright, with a little bit of modification, this is the updated setup.
Still not perfect, but it's better and it makes me happy.  :D
There's also remote-controlled LED strip lighting under the lip at the top with variable color and dimmer.

(PS all the extra stuff on the deskpad is to discourage cats from laying on it.)

Thanks for the reply, but in my country, the best place to get the worktop like urs is from IKEA but I doubt that they have the same colors as yours. The speaker really looking great and price is cheap but still have to test it out first to further comment :)

dang, then I think it is Hien version
I got trick out due to the same logo I have with the Hayate

guess they've revised the logo
I've matched the writting on mine and it matches the Hien

Didnt really put attention on the type, I just storm into the store and give it a try one by one until I found what suits me most

those are good, but they are too tight for my big head :(

what i love about the 700s is the soundstage, you can pin point steps in games very easily. and they extremely light that sometimes i forget i have them on. but im quickly reminded when i get up to get something to drink >.<
