So if we do 3am UK time, that means it's 10am Australia time, 10pm EST, and 7pm PST. 9pm for Texas I think? Doe we have any other Euros other than me?

JD, are you good for Saturday 29th night? Then Bueller can join in on Sunday morning in Oz. Or will you not be back by then?

Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

So maybe we go for like 9am PST? Midday EST, so 5pm BST and then like midnight Sunday for Perth? :( Or arrange around those sort of times?

No shame in that, I'd prefer that over "fans" that bail on their teams.  :thumb:

I work with a lot of MI natives, so I put up with this often enough.  And I lived in Minneapolis for four years.  :p

Yeah I think that's a solid strategy for everyone. Pick up those QB's early while you can! Don't worry about the RB's, I'll make sure they find a home.

If there's one thing I've learnt the last couple of years, you can never have too many kickers. They're the toughest.

Sweet. I've changed the draft date for Sunday at Midday EDT.

AAnd Trees, the spots are currently full, but I can up it to a 12 man league again for the moment, and hope we get a 12th person. However, if we get to like, Friday and we haven't got another person to fill the 12th hole, I will have to take you out of the league, just because we can't draft unless the league is full, and just so it's fair on a first come-first serve sort of thing, if that's alright with you? I've changed the link in the OP to the right one so you shouldn't get any errors.

He does everything else, so why not? ;)

As TJ said, Rodgers would be a good bench QB, while playing RGIII or whoever. /troll

God ****ing dammit. Aldon Smith got another DUI, released from the 9ers and he's probably going to jail seeing as this is his 3rd offense. Let's see how this offseason has gone for the team.

Jim Harbaugh - Head Coach (Fired)
Vic Fangio - Defensive Co-ordinator (Fired)
Frank Gore - RB (Free agency to Colts)
Patrick Willis - LB (Retired)
Justin Smith - DE (Retired)
Chris Borland - LB (Retired)
Aldon Smith - LB (Released)
+ a bunch of other FA losses.

**** this offseason.

From superbowl to bottom of their division in two seasons? Possibly? That's not a good off season at all.

I'm thinking somewhere between 5-9 and 8-8, any better than that and I'll be very impressed. Luckily our roster has always been super deep on the defensive side of the ball and a lot of our pro-bowlers were out for last season anyway so it might not be as bad as I'm thinking. Definitely need some of our rookies to step up, apparently Arik "T Rex" Armstead has been impressing team mates so I have high hopes for him.

Edit: Here's an excerpt from yesterday's practice about Armstead.

"Perhaps the most powerful bull-rusher on the defensive line. Almost every time he participates in one-on-one pass-rushing drills, he gets his hands under the offensive lineman's pads and pushes him back about 10 yards."

Oh yeah, that makes me moist.

Due to lack of interest, I have removed the last tow teams, and we are back down to 10. Sorry Trees.

We are now only two weeks away from the draft, so if you haven't already, it's probably a good idea to start thinking about your first picks :P

I spoke to a friend of mine the other day, and he says he goes for his #1 QB with his first pick  Don't know about that, but it might shake things up if someone wants to make sure they get the QB they want *cough* HOFF *cough* and will settle for a lower ranked RB. But then you have to wonder how far behind you will get.

Also, should I start a new thread or carry on with this one?

I pkayed with a guy at work who always went QG 1st pick. I think that's foolish if youre in the top ~5 draft slots, but after that it can be tenpting to grab a top QB over a 5-10th RB.

I definitely think everyone should draft a QB in the first two rounds. Cos reasons.
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

I think it's a silly idea.

However, if you are quick off the bat to pick a QB, you will no doubt be the first to pick a backup.

Tom Brady is ranked 11th out of all the QBs on projected fantasy points. Although that is WITH him playing the first 3 weeks. I'm guessing if they upheld his ban he would be out until week six?? Nutsoooo
