What have you been bumping to lately and why?

Obviously the new Kendrick album is dope. It at least gets a song played daily. No need for explanation really. If you have't heard it yet go and fix that right now.

I'm also listening to Bishop Nehru. He's a young kid that's worked with MF DOOM and is on Nas's label Mass Appeal. I like his style and seemed like someone I would've chilled with in high school. )

I'm not into Hip hop at all but kendrick songs are great, although I didn't like last album as much as good kid maad city.

Not particularly.  I've heard many people hype him up but I've never listened to one of his songs and thought, "I need this track" or "I need to hear more from this guy"

I think what he's currently doing is amazing. His newest project doesn't really aim to be a commercial success honestly. I don't think there's really any beats on his new album that sound mainstream either. He's in a unique position with a very unique personality. I honestly have a lot of respect for a guy who keeps his mouth shut with a quiet demeanor in an industry where the loudmouths are rewarded.

I understand if you have that opinion on his early stuff like Overly Dedicated or GKMC, but this album(TPAB) is a really honest and true album IMO. People who wanted another GKMC were disappointed. Some of my personal highlights from the album would be How much a Dollar Cost and Mortal Man.
