Anyone hear from leeku for updates?

I emailed him a week ago but he didn't reply lol

He has in laws over I believe, if your order doesn't require assembly it should be going out soon.

I will message him again this weekend

Ohh alright. Thanks for the update. My order required assembly so it's all good.

Shot leeku a PM and email re: updating my address. Hopefully he hasn't shipped them out yet. Would be nice to know which orders have yet to go out, or be told when a shipping confirmation goes out.

UPDATE

I shipped all by this morning includes all late orders, assembled and replacement.
I will send the tracking numbers tonight individually via email.
Hopefully all gets in good condition.

Now I don't have any left of CPSQ YEAH!!!!!!! (just couple of it left for just a case though)
I am really sorry for all the delays than we expected. And maybe someone might not be satisfied with CPSQ cause of it's Acrylic base quality.
This was really excited experience but little stressed for me.

I will get claims for 3 weeks from now. Please let me know if you don't get the box. I really prefer e-mail, it's hard to track the conversation history in GH's PM.

Thanks a lot!

Thanks for the update Leeku, good to hear that everyone is going to get their boards soon. Any idea if the 75% board is still in the works with a planned group buy? I know you're a busy man and all, I wouldn't be surprised if you wanted to take a bit of a break.

Sorry I planned before but I don't have any plan for now. This was really stressful for me. I just want to focus other layout PCBs and next generation PCBs. Wish other people makes greater case for them!!

The SQ-1800 PCB was the highest quality keyboard PCB I have ever soldered. Much better quality than, say, RS84.
I like keyboards

these are standard M3 (metric 3mm) countersunk screws, look on RC Car hobby shop websites or ebay. I think they are around 12-14mm long.

I'd say if you ever do it again to not do the assembly.

Seems like it took months to do and was a lot of work.

Just thought I'd share my CPSQ album.... Split Space ANSI with PBT keycaps (until my IMSTO's come in).  Great board Leeku!  Very enjoyable and satisfying build...

Thank you again Leeku!

Not sure about smell, but I remember getting a keyboard wrapped in Korean newspaper, 100x smoother than paper printed here.

These may not come with any, just remembering a while back when I got a keyboard from a friend in Korea.

My board has been released from customs after having charges applied then revised - never seen that before!

Hopefully ParcelForce have evolved past sending a snail mail ransom note before releasing the package so it could be here by the weekend, but if they're still living in a cave it may be weeks...  I just hope they look after it better than ceflame's postman :'(

So USPS usually stops by my house at 4pm, when I left the house to do an errand at 1pm they come to my door literally 10 minutea later

Now I gotta wait until tomorrow to pick it up, I can't contain my hype right now. Really want my board  :-\

Canada Post says I will receive my package tomorrow. Very excited. How good does Korea smell?

Funnily one of the things I noticed when I opened mine was the smell, mostly of newspaper but nicer smelling news paper then we get in Oceania. Also yey smoother and finer paper than anything we get here as well. So yes news papers from korea. They look interesting.

Big thank you to Leeku. This sounded like a bit of a nightmare on your side. So thank you for putting up with it. I spent all of yesterday and so far some of today just looking at the case and PCB, they are really pretty.

Mocked up the keys to see what it might look like but no switches yet and I will have to get new keys caps any way as it was all cobbled out of mismatched sets. All good things in time.

Edit: All this and no ransome note, happy days. It even had enoigh stated value to recieve one and was delivered by state post service so I am quite happy indeed.

hey guys so i have some software/firmware questions:

I downloaded the latest FW (L3FW_1509007) and Mapper (JigON_151116)

My CP-SQ has 14RGB's + 2 for Duck feet (16 total) I managed to use the 20 RGB settings to it working. the problem whenever I set it to the color i wanted I would do Update > ALL and then Disconnect. but as soon as i unplug and plug it back in the keybard RGB goes back to rainbow... i just cant seem to get the RGB color to stick to the keyboard.

All i really wanted was to set the RGB to always on and to get the keyboard to remember my custom RGB lighting setting, can anyone please advice me what i'm doing wrong or how to set it that way?

@Leeku will there be an update later that would make the JigOn more compatible to the CP-SQ? such as adding 16 RGB option and some extra key functions such as the 'play/pause' key?

thanks in advance!

Yah the newest firmware is amazing. Once I figured which keys were which (I'm sure all of us were thinking some keys didn't work) it's sooooooo simple.

My CP-SQ parts arrived today, when I saw the whole side of the box was somehow crushed both in and out resulting in a big tear I feared the worst but I'm happy to report the contents were all still safely inside undamaged - plugged in, updated the firmware and made it glow orange :))

Thanks leeku!

Hi guys. I need some help. So I was finally able to play with the pcb and the jigon software. After a few seconds of connecting, 2 of the rgb leds are now magenta. It should be white. I also noticed that not all have the same brightness/warmth.

How can I fix this?
