My personal suggestion is to make an account on the site, create a support ticket, and include the PM reference.  Not sure if that's right or not, but it seems that there are a lot of PMs flying back and forth, and the support system allows for better tracking.

FWIW I placed mine via PM and it shipped on the 13th (I think) and it hasn't arrived yet either; I'm within Europe too so I'd imagine it may take a little longer to get to you than it would to me. Judging by the comments made in a few of the latest posts however it seems some US residents have been receiving their extra (PM) orders already!

I think there were a couple of keys added to the set that were not on the renders, like the JTK keys and stuff, and also some extra keys to replace the lower quality ones, like F4 and F10 and some more.

as for the random stuff, when i was getting towards the end of orders i was just throwing in some fillers in packages as freebies, so dont worry about that stuff other than i had a ton spare and started randomly adding them in to packages

but yeah as above there were a handful of orange extensions that werent good enough to send, im getting replacements from jtk and once they are here they will follow, as for your missing spacebars, that must have just been a complete mistake on my part and im very sorry, ill include them with your mods

Quick update guys

All extras orders have shipped, I'm in mobile now so I'll update the title and OP as soon as I can get on a desktop

Only thing to note is there are 4 extras orders missing the orange mods, this was because as I was packing I was cherry picking the sets that had either no signs of or the least colour bleed and the ones I was left with I wasn't happy to send, these are being replaced now and will be sent out seperately very soon, the people this affected I sent the rest of their order today

So aside from those 4 extension kits

We are 100 percent shipped from the regular gb and all extras orders

I'm super relieved and looking forward to a much needed shipping break

Can't wait for everyone to get there sets and any issues at all with either missing caps, damaged caps or unreceived orders I will deal with all at once 28 days from now to give everyone's order time to arrive and to check your sets
