About 185cm (6'-1" @ 225 lb/ 102 kg/ 16 stone) down from my prime/peak at about 187cm (not quite 6'-2" @ 180 lb/ 82 kg/ 13 stone) and I think that losing about 1mm per year after about 40 is about average.
