Until now there are few SA version Dolch color keysets, in my memory, only Round 5 have grey and black keys which can be combined like a Dolch keyset. So,  Based  on GMK Ocean Dolch color scheme, I made a SA version Ocean Dolch.
In fact, I had already had this idea several monthes ago when Mama and I designed some novelties for blue keycaps, I love that ocean theme novelties so much, so I hope I can make a whole keyset to match them.
About the children kits, I only designed BASE (104+WKL) and OCEAN CYAN novelties. I don't want to make a universal layout for all keyboards, and don't want to wait that long for SA production queue. A universal layout keycaps IC always  lasts too long to makes creaters and users exhausted, espicially in this special period.

Looks great!

I really like the novelties as it matches the theme very nicely. One thing: are you going to support HHKB layouts? And what about minimal ISO support?

I'm interested in it nonetheless.

Looks good! Though I'm personally not a huge fan of those arrow keys. Seems to throw the whole keyset off balance for me. And as a few have already commented on, it might be good to have a basic ISO kit as well. Other than that, I look forward to seeing it go live. (:

No non-standard layout support aside from a WKL 7u bottom row (especially 65/75% and no 1800 support which is a cardinal sin considering original Dolch Pac keyboards are 1800 layout). There are also no ISO support available (even the most cursory minimum 4-key addition). I would much rather you get rid of the totally superfluous novelties and concentrate on actually giving people good layout support first.

Once the basic layout supports are taken care of THEN you can spend your efforts on things like accents and novelties. I don't understand how you didn't even do the most basic sweep of common layouts and ad support for them in this day and age, in order to make the set appeal to the broadest audience available. Most GMK and SA sets that has ran in the last 6 months has had excellent layout supports, there's no reason why you shouldn't at least spend a little time on making your set appealing to potential buyers.

ISO needs at least another 4keys I think.
and, HHKB layout needs another 3 keys: 1U "\|", 1u"backspace", 1.5u"delete".
Are they right?

I can add them in another little kit.

HHKB need 1.75 r3 control instead of 1u backspace and please add a pair of Pgup/PgDw on r2/r3 or r3/r4 for minimal 65% support

Why 112344? It seems like 112343 is more popular.

I mentioned this on Reddit but I think it's worth repeating. How is this different from calm depths? There's an IC for that to run again too.

Yes,I  found that those big arrow keys not very sutable for the whole keyset,  I'll modify them later. :-*

Added some keys for ISO and HHKB.
Are the OK?

Basic iso caps seems OK (4 keys), hhkb look fine but I don't use hhkb layout so perhaps someone else with HHKB can confirm this. Is 1800 layout too many extra keys to add to this kit?
