Interesting to see this case design popping up a lot recently. I'm not sure where I saw it first (KBDFans Niu Mini maybe?) but the UD_70 and UD_40 are both very similar. Those aren't gasket mount, however.

Personally i would love to see a velvet red option for the top. Is the accent piece going to be brass or can it be a anodized to some other color? also would it be possible to add half plate as an option? Looking forward to this!

I did a quick revision with the connector under the PCB, to make it a bit lower. The attached image also shows the underside. I'm not sure about making it hotswappable, and PCB underglow is not in the original plan.

We have not finalized details yet, we'll probably know more after the prototype has been made and we have an idea on pricing.

We plan to make that accent in anodized aluminum and brass, PVD seems unlikely. I haven't made a half plate before, it's possible of course but not high on the priority list, sorry.

We don't have a prototype yet but I guess it's below 3KG for the case even with brass weight. I'm not great at estimating weight though.

It can be aluminum, or brass, or stainless steel. We haven't finalized anything yet. PVD is unlikely because the factory we're going to use doesn't offer it, we're looking at other options like outsourcing it but that would make it significantly more expensive I guess.
