I follow the Cherry Original specs and GeekHack Standard,  Not the narrow range of old local Korean ones.   
This is the First large scale Systematic production in the world.
Research into the History of Cherry original springs, filling the missing gaps, and added the Modern users' needs.
This wide scale Never happened in Korea either, only 3-4 kinds of weights available currently. 

There have been reports on my springs  :  cloud soft, smoother, comfy, elastic, cushiony bottom out, much less squeaking...  Well, I am not happy yet. 
To the members' requests, I have been trying to apply better materials, minimize tolerances and variations, working close with the specialized factories.   
As more steps and electrochemical processes involved,  chances are there for some physical changes. 
Yes, I do All the Inspections and Quality Controls for myself on every step, if there is a defective one, its due to my eyes get bad.    
Sure, I have added several private Tweaks to be the true custom.  And it's Gold plated at a Jewelry workshop for the better result. 

Gold vs Non Gold?   I don't have any belief in Gold, but in the Quality.

You'd need to buy boxes to ship them.  Since people will be buying all kinds of order sizes, it likely won't be much more economical to buy a slew of random sized boxes and packing material (tape, peanuts/bubblewrap/foam) than it would to use the Flat Rate boxes.  In the long run, it's just easier to go the Flat Rate route since all the needed boxes can be dropped at home.

Someone didn't believe me when I said they were just gold plated for the longest time =.=.


Feeling wise I really don't see a difference at all, if anything gold isn't as prone to rust as normal springs so longevity is there.

You should be fine with padded envelopes. It'll cost a stamp to ship vs $8-$13.

I wish that was the case. 
I've asked sprit about the dimensions for every bag of springs and they're approximately 10x10x2cm. Maximum "oversize" lettermail has a height restriction of 20mm. If I were to mail the springs in a bubble mailer it'll be ~4cm.


The good news is that Canadian invoices will be sent in CAD!

Yes, German Post has a flatrate for everything outside of Germany.

So, I could send these springs to India in a padded envelope with tracking for ~8,50$ (up to 500g per envelope if I am not mistaken).

I guess I'll have to add ~1$ to that because the initial shipping costs from Sprit to me have to be distributed among everybody that gets the spings from me.

What type of container are you thinking of? If it's got sharp corners and/or hard material, it may rip through the envelope/crack into pieces when tossed and stacked on during Air mail.

We don't know yet. If we don't find a reasonable solution I'll have to use real boxes, but this will be ~25$ for max 2kg.

I don't think it's worth it to ship 10$ springs in a 25$ box just to avoid some broken springs. It would be cheaper to order 2x the springs you need and sort out the broken ones

We will make a decision on that matter after we have checked all the alternatives.
