Does anyone know how to navigate the website? I could only find keyboards, I'm looking for some cheap key caps, I'm just looking for colored sets. Is there a section on the website where I can see what they have as far as key caps? Thanks, and hope you have fun

Andrew will be sending out the taobao things shortly. He just arrived back from China and refunded everyone from the imsto gb. Obviously, you can't get a refund for the taobao goods since he already has them

He has collected the addresses needed and will start shipping out soon. I left a post in the imsto gb thread about what he was doing but forgot to post here. My bad~

Other thread was refunded because items were never ordered from my understanding. He has the Taobao items so no need for a refund and in the above statement they were suppose to be shipped out shortly. I'm starting to think shortly = never

Patience is one thing, but being fooled by a potential scam is another. If Changdrew actually gave promise that he'll ship, then I wouldn't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time. However, holding my money like this and missing the shipping dates that he said he would ship out leads me to believe that I got shafted. In the other group buy, he took orders and everyone's money also, but didn't even submit the orders to imsto to make the caps. I can only assume the intentions behind doing something like this. Changdrew already said that he received all caps from imsto for this group buy, but if imsto comes in and says he never ordered anything, then I think it's pretty clear.

Btw, he logged in just yesterday, and didn't bother rectifying anything. I sure hope this doesn't turn out to be the first scam on GH.

He has been refunding the IMSTO group guy slowly but surely, paypal has been deterring that. As for sending these out/ refunding, not sure. Sending would probably be faster than refunds if he is going to do one or the other, hopefully soon.

Not to defend his actions, since I do agree with you and find it hard to understand why he didn't post an update a long time ago, but the refund came accompanied with a note that said "sorry." I'm quite sure that means it was done manually.

The single fact he cant post "stuff's coming" or ANYTHING. I dont think im alone in knowing how hard that is, seriously. Not being courteous to customers is pretty bad. I gave dude a tip for 1 keycap, $10 gift payment so really i'm not out much but man being courteous in this, and many other situations, is really not that hard. /lasthingiwillprobablypostinhere

He is embarrassed, obviously, so he has been communicating through Kelly. And if his Paypal is hosed, he probably doesn't have money to ship out the Taobao goods. He is still in high school and probably can't just eat the shipping like most of us would in this situation.
