anytime people bring up demilk i think of biggie yelling "gimme da milk, gimme da milk!"

huh, that's strange.  Not that biggie says that in your head, but that I think of the exact same thing ever since kellybear first called him demilk.  And its not like milk rhymes with loot or anything.  Weird!

edit: maybe someone typed it once, cause that just seems like too much of a coincidence!

It's sad they aren't making the U2410 anymore, or even replacing it with something close to it :'(

I can't work out where you're referring to in the thread.. but I assume you mean soft landing pads? http://elitekeyboards.com/products.php?sub=access,slpads
In that case they make it so when you press the key right down it's a lot softer than when you don't have anything under them.

MOAR BOXES
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I think he means Korean switch stickers, a la the recent group buy (rayuki mentioned on the last page that his Cheat came with stickered Vintage Blacks). They go between the bottom and top halves of the switch housing to dampen noise/stabilise the switches.

Why did you get a BS skull when you don't even own a bs keyboard?

At least not according to your sig. Same with topre o.O

Took away the chance from somebody else of owning something they'd actually use! Bad greedy GHer!

^ According to you, each GHer should only own a number of CC caps that is equal to the number of their keyboards. Everyone buys more cc than their keyboard is greedy, right?

Actually, I'm planning to get a topre board next week. Haven't got any plan for BS board but it doesn't mean that I won't get one.

I played borderlands 2 on it a few time since I got it, definite improvement over 1080p. I mostly like it for the additional workspace though.

New Unicomp Classic 101 Blue & White.

Was their bargain "Kentucky Wildcats" keyboard, but with the addition of a new function key row, a replacement LED label, and a reproduction of the original IBM logo, it is a now a one-of-a-kind B/S keyboard for below list.

It also has blue legends on the pearl keys which are hard to see in photos, but look way cool in person.

Happiness is a warm keyboard!  ;D
