Just received the Cyrillic winkeyless modifiers from Originative to complete the full set, everything arrived safe and sound.

Definitely want to get my hands on a Cyrillic set eventually, just need to decide on that or Cherry dyesubs for the next set.
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

Haha totally. I don't buy sets until I have a board to put them on though, just means I need to build another board as well!

If you're like me and get the OG dyesubs first... you will loose interest in having the doubleshot/pad printing.

That's what I'm thinking, damn it's gonna be tough to find a good ANSI set though.

Really wish i went with the dyesubs first over originatives set. Not a fan of the feels or shine on the pad printed.

I'm fine with my used DE ISO set, OG dyesub still feels super good and having GMK on left shift, enter, and \| isn't too bad. Plus you can get desko shifts

Cheapest/easiest way to get a set of ansi dyesubs is to get a DE set, and then get a desko set to fill out the remaining ansi keys :

Yeah ill probably just stalk TaoBao for a few months once I have the cash, used to see sets there pop up around the $200 mark pretty regularly. Not a bad idea to combine the sets but those yellow sub legends make my eyes sad.

Back in the good old days, just before I joined :p
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
