The clock was purchased from the people who put together the kit. It was from a shop in Germany I think, nocrotec shop, and another guy. Had to buy the tubes and PCB from one place, and the case and transformer from another.. Got it about 2 years ago? Can't really remember what I got it for all up, but it was in the ball park to buying a 27" monitor in its time. This one was Damn expensive… but totally no regrets on taking this clock over the other clocks with smaller tubes. Other tube clocks are a fraction of the price, but this one is head and shoulders above the others.
Its called the "Blue Dream" IN-18 nixie clock. What I really love about this clock is that its a really well built unit, with a very full set of features, such as 'proper current drive' or something to that effect that prolongs tube life, one of the largest range of selectable options, such as night or day brightness settings, selectable transitions, burn-in clearing protocols to help cycle slow changing digits (such as the tens digit of the hour). It also has GPS connectivity, so its a self adjusting clock, not that it needs to be adjusted that often… Not to mention that it has that simple elegant look about it, while having the largest tubes that are still relatively accessible. These IN-18 tubes stick out of the case more than 2", and are about 1" in diameter, more than double the size of IN-14 tubes, which are featured in most of the clocks in the $100-300 range
Where this clock in particular Really stands above the rest is the scrolling transition, one that really respects and accentuates the three dimensional layering of the digits by scrolling through the digits in physical order to change the digit. This helps to use all digits (functionally extending tube life), and looks amazing at the same time. Heres a video of mine taken with my iptotato3 years back.
And for those who have the time/interest, heres a review that someone put up a while ago. Oh and it seriously does come with the white gloves for handling…
And for those who are really really keen, these are the two main sets of parts you need to get one of these clocks going.. I found these links for you. Also, luckily, its in stock again. I don't recall it being in stock all the time.

The next best option might be the Sven Reloaded.
