are you going to replace the turbo also or dial up the boost with the larger inter cooler ? Very sick :thumb:
Hoping I can squeeze a few more psi and a couple more degrees of ignition advance with lower charge temps. The factory intercooler on these ST's is by far the weakest part, I can easily double whatever the ambient temp is in a single pull. The FMIC I have coming should keep that to within 5-10 of ambient.
I'll probably beef up the turbo (GTX2863R?) once the warranty runs out but for now I'm sticking to parts that are quick and easy to revert to OEM in case this thing ends up needing warranty work for some reason.
dude, like i said in the car thread, a guy here already blew the motor in his FiST. and the dude took it back to the dealer without removing the mods back to OEM and his dealer/ford voided all his warranties.
so yeah, waiting until warranty is over to do any major mods is smart.
