I bet the keycaps don't stay nicely organised like that once the lid is closed and the case uprighted ;)

or the fact that it will never be used to carry around a filco or any keyboard.
No, he’s not around. How that sound to ya? Jot it down.

Following the audio trend up above, I received the two guys on the left (2nd and 3rd gen) and the one two from the right (5th gen) today.  Doubled my collection in one go.

Oh wow, I remember iPods with the physical buttons! I thought the one with the buttons on the scroll wheel was first gen. What's the first gen then?

1st gen looks essentially the same but the wheel isn't capacitive; it's an actual wheel that rotates around.  2nd gen turned that wheel capacitive, 3rd gen put the buttons above the wheel (and made them capacitive too, so there are no moving buttons), 4th gen added the click wheel (first introduced on the mini), etc...

I'd love to get my hands on a 1st gen for a reasonable price.

I sold my 1st gen with original box and everything about 2 years ago for $100 ish.  *Looks them up*.  They're still going for around that.

Also got a bunch of Federal Estate and HST +P 45 ACP ammo today \o/

Yep, all the early gen models are running about $100.  I'd much prefer to get them for $50 or less personally.  I will just keep holding out until I can find another great deal.  :)

Feels pretty great!  I'm not sure if they're my dream switch and I'm going to go all CPTBadAss and try to find one, but it is quite pleasant to type on.  I'm certainly really glad to be able to try it out!

Here is a pic of my Souls collection. All day 1 purchases (day 1 pre-orders too!) Been an avid fan even before it was localized. So glad I never paid $120 for the Korean version of Demon's Souls because it got localized like 3 months later in the USA.

I'm going to open it up and try to get the solder re-flowing through the CPU and GPU, and try to see if that fixes it. *fingers crossed* My PS3 is the 80GB fully backwards compatible model so I want to try to save it :(

Unfortunately did not notice it was SA... It's not as awkward as it seems although I may have to slap an SA profile backspace key on here as it's obscuring that.

Yeah, I have seen that in some other places, weird. But the set looks cool in PBT with DS legends. I hope to get my own PBT set with diesubbed legends in DSA profile soon. I know yours is cherry profile.
