These look like they're from a lotto machine. We used to have something similar at the gas station I worked at in high school. Now I think they're all touchscreen.

Makes sense since I think I've seen some others around with "Mega Millions" on them. I wonder why they would move from a keyboard to touchscreen costwise.

I received my LSv1 from Originative! Save and Sound!

Now, do I want blues, or to try ergo-clears....

Picked up my hhkb from the post office.  The EMS package had a little dent in the corner but no real damage to the retail box or the keyboard.

Touchscreen gives you flashy animations that will entice people to play.
In the long run I also expect it's cheaper because you only need to update the software and you have a brand new game.

Topre 2u plungers with silencing rings and the extra tall housing so that key travel is not affected. Got them as part of a trade I did with someone from a while ago.

Very nice!  A fantastic job he's done once again :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

The wrong sized Ikea stools.... but also a new Galant desk for my new appartment. It's the smallest version they do but damn, nice height and it feels solid. Sadly the lighting situation is not idea for taking snaps :(

I love it, feels way better than my other keyboards. I sadly am not using it though because I prefer to use a 60% because of how close my mouse is. Maybe one day I will get a kishsaver, but that is still big for a 60%.

Oh I see what you mean now. It's smooth/slippy.

I can see how the rubber ones would get pretty gross. I'm just more of a fan of the gloss look as well.

"The black gun metal casing provides a cool look and a non-slip grip."

Assuming, that is what you are referring to.

how does it feel? I got the raw with the rubber and after 12+ months its pretty ****ing nasty, is that thing slippy or slimy ?

Oh I see what you mean now. It's smooth/slippy.

I can see how the rubber ones would get pretty gross. I'm just more of a fan of the gloss look as well.

I just wanted something that wouldn't be rank after a while, seemed a failed haha... let me know how you get on with yours !
