First click clack

Wood hooo,  really happy for ya. I remember my first!

Which one did you get?

It's in the pic. Depth black Topre.

So it is,  my bad.  Didn't see it as it was so in the black shadows.

That's the point. Stealth clack on stealth board. Perfect.
My wife I a also push her button . But now she have her button push by a different men. So I buy a keyboard a mechanicale, she a reliable like a Fiat.

I've already given a few to my daughter, and the Hapster is just sitting there to fill a gap.

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Took me 5 minutes to find the Hapster. I was half convinced it was not there and I'm really dumb.

Thanks Bill! Happy to be an OTD pleb!
As far as switches go, not sure yet, I'm enjoying just staring at it right now, but I'll probably go with something linear for the ultimate typing experience ~~~~~~~  :))

DSA Dolch arrived yesterday, now displayed on my extant Duck Eagle.
Also got the transparent red keycap puller at the same time. The brightly colored keys in front of it are from the Dolch gamer kit.

The Esc key is actually the FN key on the left, but I thought the dash of red looked nice here.
You can however see a strange scratch on my Eagle's case, not sure when it got that.
