Forgot to include these in my other post. Have Heart albums and a t-shirt. Have Heart's The Things We Carry is the most important, was the most formative, and is my favorite hardcore album ever. Period.


Hopefully ya'll get a shot to check out the Carpe Notes 'cause they're really cool. JD shipped em to me as a surprise so I had no idea I was getting them. Nor did I realize I was a beta tester.

Have you got an hold head unit in your car? Is that why you bought them on tape? I'm not judging, just curious.

Although ... the unit has 4 SATA cables coming out the back of it, but I don't think they plug in to anything.  That server does not have sufficient ports inside.

It has 4 SAS/SATA ports for the disks, and one SATA port for a CD/DVD ROM drive where your caddy is installed. Nice stable piece of hardware. I have mine running 24/7 for 3 years. All it does is run samba and minidlna.

I got the headphones about a month and a half ago and I absolutely love them.

Also the texture on the SLS Blue Esc is incredible, I can't wait for the full gamer sets.

Received a broken Cobb AccessPort :(

Seller did a terrible job packaging it, literally just one 12x12 sheet of bubble wrap lazily thrown into the box with the tuner free to fly around unrestrained. I get packages in almost everyday of the week and this was one of the worst packaging jobs I've encountered yet. Contacted the seller and demanded a refund but havent heard back yet. I got a pretty good deal on it so I wasnt expecting perfection (ie ****ty faceplate paint job was going to get stripped off) but for what I paid it should at least be in one piece.

That's ****ty as hell. I hate sellers who can't pack stuff properly. When I bought my 7G off Amazon Warehouse, it came with 90% of the keycaps scattered across the box, rather than on the keyboard. Hopefully you get a refund!

The legendary jdcarpe made me some amazing notebooks for work. They've got a nice stiff cover and the paper is this textured fountain pen friendly stock. Pretty cool :D. Really digging the dot grid :D. Looking forward to seeing how they look with some wear and tear at work <3

My first one has been running and hasn't missed a beat since Tue 26-Jul-2011 21:33:35.

Aww yeah. This is my third Chicony (KB-5591). Loaded with SMK Alps. It's surprisingly sturdy and has a plate, but the switches (which I bought the board to harvest) are sorta rougher than my Cherry mounts...

I'm getting some more in soon, hopefully the roughness is due to condition and not design.

Bluetooth headphones. I'm trying to find dual connection bluetooth headphones (phone and computer) that actually work well. Didn't have much luck with Bose.
