Got my prototype in yesterday, a few changes needs to be made before production. Case will be done in black and plate in red or blue. Brass plate will be an option once I get that cost.

Are there going to be different plate options? I was going to go with a WFD125 setup.

That sounds about right for prototyping cost. That really sucks though. This case is the first metal TKL on GH, still looking forward to the finished product or GB phase.

Gah, I think I used up all my patience during the R4 GB but I must summon more, it'll be worth it.

You can always re-anodize a case
How much does it cost to hard anodize yourself?IMHO orange is more for accents. Making the entire case orange is a whole lot of orange for most people. Then again, like I said, I'd be in for just about any color that isn't black.

Like everything else, it depends on the shop, where you're located......
Why not have bare metal like a boss? Why do we get metal cases and then add in all these ridiculous colors
Even a "colorless" aluminum case would still have to be anodized, or it would stain easily, no?
You can do a "clear" anodize, which should make it look like machined aluminum (since no color dye is added)
Something along the lines of this: http://www.caswellplating.com/electroplating-anodizing/anodizing-products/anodizing-kits.html
I realize prices may vary, but can someone give me a rough estimate of the hard anodizing cost?If we chose to get it anodized ourselves will it be cheaper?

The case no fits the phantom PCB correctly(WOOT).
