The king of springs is here.
Yes, lube is known to cause stickiness if you're using a poor mixture (notably, too much grease)
For me personally, I think 60g (red/blue/brown spring) ergo clears is fine but requires lube. But with this set up it loses a bit of its tactility, and is instead a smooth bump. Unlubed, it's definitely noticeably sticky.
55g is a bit harder to do, but I know some people have it where it doesn't stick as much. Anything lighter I don't think would be good at all. Definitely requires proper application of lube.
62g silver is alright, it gets a little bit more crisp. Seems to be the most popular choice, that little added weight helps with the stickiness but doesn't change much from the good old ergo clear.
65g I hear is a bit too heavy for some people's taste, although completely relieves the switch of the sticky feeling. This and Panda Clears seems to be a good choice for people who like heavier switches but dislike stock clears.
62g gold, I always say, is absolutely perfect. I've described it as the "63.5g" spring, where it's just in between 62g silver and 65g. Lubed or unlubed, no stick at all, and good on the fingers.
