I have to press ' key. I have to press it twice as on the first press nothing happens and then it appears double(after I pressed it twice) (this is after re-installing windows as I rebuilt my waterloop/cooling), it was working fine before.
Sounds like you have either a bad solder joint or need to replace the switch. If you have a multimeter, open the board up, and then check the solder joint. If the joint checks out to be ok, then the switch contacts inside could be messed up and you may want to try swapping out the switch.
Or it could be that somehow, the PCB is somehow shorting and causing your switch to not read properly. My PCB was touching the bottom of the case which was causing problems. I had this on two of my boards and solved it but putting some drawer liner from Target in between the PCB and bottom part of the case.
If you're under warranty (bought recently), I'd talk to Ducky. If you're past that time window, I suggest talking to
dorkvader to see if he'd troubleshoot your board.
